We never suggest withdrawing from those platforms as they can provide a lot of footfall, but they're focused on their brand and the people buying from them are their customers.
You should be focused on your brand and building your customer database; eLunch you will help you achieve brand identity on the web under your own branding and provide you all the tools needed to utilise your customer database.
Can eLunch still work for us even though we don't deliver?
Absolutely, some of our clients only offer click and collect. This works particularly well if you're based within walking distance or a short drive from office blocks where your customers work.
Can customers order on their smartphones?
For sure! Almost half of orders coming through the eLunch system are placed on mobile phones. We will continue to ensure that your system works flawlessly across all devices your customers use!
What if we get too busy during peek times?
Worried about being too successful too quickly? Control your estimated wait times, product stock and opening hours in realtime through the back office tools.
Can I keep my existing site?
It's always your choice whether eLunch host your entire online presence or just the ordering system. Our software allows control of all aspects of the site, not just ordering functionality. Additional information pages
Must I pay for updates?
No, eLunch operates under a customer-led development model. All feature requests are added to the "wish list". Once developed, new features are deployed for all to use automatically!
